Breathing Forward with Intention, Purpose & Clarity We invite you to Breath of Fire – a guided, online breathwork ceremony to mark the beginning of the Year of the Fire Horse. 17th February 2026, 5.30-7.30PM SAST/3.30-5.30PM UK In the cycle of transformation, there is a time to shed, and a time to move. 2025, the Year of the Wood Snake, invited deep release, inner dismantling and a clearing and shedding of what no longer serves. As the Year of the Fire Horse begins, we are called into a new rhythm – not rushed, but purposeful and embodied. The year ahead is about:

• Bold, aligned action
• Creativity from a place of clarity
• Trust in your own embodied rhyth

Breath of Fire is a moment of inhalation and release before igniting a year of forward momentum, clarity of purpose, and heart-led action. It is a two-hour online breathwork experience guided by Kate Austin and Talitha Kotzé – a space to:

• anchor in your own deeper truth,
• align inner clarity with outer purpose, and
• step into momentum that comes from presence rather than pressure.

Breathwork is a powerful way to enter this field of momentum. It doesn’t require certainty or perfection – only presence, breath and willingness. This is about inviting the Fire Horse energy to support our forward stride with grace, groundedness, and inner authority. We will journey together through

• Guided breathwork to open clarity & release stuck energy
• Embodied presence – heart, body, and nervous system
• A field of collective intention, moving beyond the personal to the interconnected
• Integration & grounding for aligned momentum into 2026

What you will need:

• A quiet, cosy space to lie down (preferably on a yoga mat, not a bed)
• Warm blankets and an eye mask
• A bottle of water
• Optional: light a candle and take 10 minutes to arrive before we begin
